ELIZABETH WOOD BA.,LLB. Elizabeth is the founder and managing partner of Eclat Initially training in Education, she graduated from Sydney University with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Linguistics and a Bachelor of Laws. She was admitted as a Solicitor in 1986 and spent several years in the public sector before moving into private practice. After a rapid climb through the ranks to managing partner of an industrial law firm she was called to the NSW Bar and enjoyed a busy practice as a Barrister for a number of years. Through life experience and research Elizabeth pursued an interest in personal and business development and the training industry, ultimately founding and developing the Eclat Training organisation.
